GTF2I and neoplasm: Although patients MA2 and MA3 were diagnosed with type A or AB TM, we did not identify the reported mutation (Table S2, Supporting Information), GTF2I, which is commonly found in type A and AB TM.[14] However, a significant HRAS mutation in the MA2 patient with TM was detected, and the tumor mutational burden (TMB) of these four patients was similar to the TMB of THYM in the TCGA database (Figure S2g‐h, Supporting Information).
