A case series of four patients who received ICIs, all of which had a PD-1 inhibiting agent as a part of the regimen (usually Nivolumanb combined with the CTLA-4 inhibiting agent Ipilimumab), showed that ototoxic manifestations included tinnitus (most commonly among the four patients), aural fullness, vertigo, and imbalance. The gene discussed is PDCD1; the disease is Tinnitus.
