Conversely, our analysis revealed a significant decrease in the levels of regulatory T cells (Tregs), dendritic cells (DCs), specifically both plasmacytoid DCs (pDCs) and myeloid DCs (mDCs), as well as CD16+ natural killer (NK) cells, T cells, and various T cell subsets, including CD4+ T cells, Th1, Th17, memory CD8+ T cells, CD28+ T cells, CD28+ CD4+ T cells, and CD28+ CD8+ T cells, within the MS group when compared to NC (Figures 1J–O; Supplementary Figures S1B–H). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
