TNF and uveitis: At the discretion of the pediatric rheumatologist and ophthalmologist, uveitis recurrences were managed with one or more of the following interventions: change in frequency of topical corticosteroid use, a short course of systemic corticosteroids, and reintroduction or increased dosing of ADA with or without methotrexate or switching to another inhibitor of TNF-alpha (infliximab).
