We observed a significant rise in the proportions of M-MDSCs (CD45+CD11b+Ly6C+) and G-MDSCs (CD45+CD11b+Ly6G+) in the lungs of tumor-bearing mice compared to normal mice, along with increased absolute numbers of M-MDSCs, G-MDSCs, interstitial macrophages (IMs) (CD45+F4/80+CD11b+), and alveolar macrophages (AMs) (CD45+F4/80+CD11b-CD11c+) (Figures 1C–E).
