In the validation cohort (19 cases within 10 years), the AD protein risk score correctly diagnosed 89.5% of AD cases, followed by CogDrisk‐AD risk factors (84.2%; 10‐year categorical NRI, 0.049; 95% CI, −0.347, 0.235), and APOE genotypes (73.7%; 10‐year categorical NRI, 0.164; 95% CI, 0.117, 0.376) (Table S4). Here, APOE is linked to Alzheimer disease.
