To further confirm the effects of the IGF2BP3/CDC25A axis on AEG progression, we performed in vivo xenograft experiments and found that CDC25A OE partially reversed the tumor growth reduction caused by IGF2BP3 KD (Fig. 7I-K), suggesting that CDC25A is involved in IGF2BP3-mediated cell cycle and cancer growth in AEG.
