In contrast, overexpression of HNRNPA1 increased the mRNA stability of SLC16A1 in macrophages incubated with AS1-KD exosomes (Fig. 5l, M and Supplementary Fig. S4I) Taken together, these results intensively indicated that HCC exosomal SLC16A1-AS1 promotes HNRNPA1-mediated stability of SLC16A1 mRNA. The gene discussed is HNRNPA1; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
