The pooled ORs and 95% CIs revealed that no association existed between the MTHFR C677T polymorphism and susceptibility to NHL across the 32 studies included in the analysis (homozygous: OR=1.10, 95% CI=0.96-1.24; heterozygous: OR=1.00, 95% CI=0.92-1.10; recessive: OR=1.06, 95% CI=0.97-1.17; dominant: OR=1.02, 95% CI=0.94-1.12; allele comparison: OR=1.04, 95% CI=0.97-1.11). Here, MTHFR is linked to non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
