We have, to the best of our knowledge, performed the first real world study to demonstrate tirzepatide, a novel GLP-1/GIP dual receptor agonist, compared to semaglutide, the most potent GLP-1 RA, is associated with a 27% lower rate of incident T2D over a 1 year follow up.
