FOLH1 and posterior cortical atrophy: For both the quantification at routine and delayed scans, SUVmax of primary PCa lesions showed a positive correlation with PSA level, Gleason score and risk stratification at both 45–50 min and 120 min, implying that PSA level, Gleason score and risk stratification continuously served as the inherent factors in determining SUVmax of primary lesions in the dual-phase scans of [18F]AlF-PSMA-11 PET.
