This study constructed a BMP-PEI-Slit2 complex based on the magnetotactic property, strong DNA adsorption ability of BMPs, high transfection efficiency, and difficult degradation of PEI to investigate whether BMP-modified Slit2 migrated through BMMNCs to induce brain injury and cognitive dysfunction in CCH rats. Here, CLN5 is linked to columnar cell hyperplasia of the breast.
