FAP and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes: Upon clinical indicator assessment, high infiltration of FAP+ CAFs was associated with worse OS (Log-rank P < 0.05), lymph node metastasis (Wilcoxon test P < 0.01), distal metastasis (Wilcoxon test P < 0.0001), and high stage (Wilcoxon test P < 0.0001) in liver cancer patients, but there was no significant correlation with viral infection (Figure 2B).
