TNFRSF17 and Miyoshi myopathy: Ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel) is a structurally differentiated B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-targeted chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy (CAR T therapy) that received US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval in February 2022 for the treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory (RR) MM who have previously received four or more lines of therapy, including a proteasome inhibitor (PI), an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD), and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, based on the results of the CARTITUDE-1 trial (NCT03548207) (5–7).
