In order to explore the interrelationship between related genes in the PI3K‐Akt pathway and the diagnosis and prognosis of ccRCC, we first identified 911 common highly differentially expressed genes using TCGA and GEO databases, then screened related genes involved in the PI3K‐Akt pathway using the DAVID database, and further verified the prognostic significance of the related genes using the UALCAN database. Here, AKT1 is linked to nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
