EFNA3 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: KM analysis, as shown in the Figure 6, demonstrated that all of the novel genes' expression levels were significantly correlated with the survival of patients with ccRCC, and hazard ratios (HR) for the gene expression levels of MTCP1, EFNA3, and IL2RG were 1.828, 1.564, and 1.477, respectively, which indicated that compared to patients in the group with the low expression level of the new genes, the patients in the high expression group, which corresponded to the high expression level of the new genes, had a shorter survival time.
