Previous studies have reported that FSCN1 contributes to rheumatoid arthritis development, and inhibition of FSCN1 could suppress the migration and invasion of fibroblast-like synoviocytes.44,45 Consistent with these findings, we also observed improvement in synovial inflammation in vivo treatment with FSCN1 inhibitor NP-G2-044.
