Amongst the examined lipids and apolipoproteins, only genetically proxied ApoB level was positively associated with FTD (Fig. 3, Figures S26–S31), supported by both the primary analysis (ORIVW = 1.424, 95% CI 1.072–1.829, pFDR = 3.82E-02) and sensitivity analyses. The gene discussed is APOB; the disease is frontotemporal dementia.
