In CD8+ T cells, patients under treatment with omalizumab had lower percentages of naïve cells and higher percentages of the effector subsets than NID patients and HD (naïve CD8: 13.40 [6.5–48.2] vs. 38.75 [10.5–70.7] %, p = 0.0002. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and Huntington disease.
