Further, we evaluated the level of histone modifications and those of chromatin architecture and reprogramming regulators (HDAC4, CTCF, Nup50, TP63, Brd4), known to interact with Nup153 and to contribute to gene regulation [24, 31] as indicators of chromatin status in C- and AD-iPSCs.
