Similar results were achieved in Nup153-transduced AD organoids for the sodium channel Nav1.6, which was utilized to further establish the maturation status (MFI: C-GFP 56,576 ± 3,676, AD-GFP 35,771 ± 1,701, AD-Nup153-GFP 78,713 ± 4,178, P < 0.05 C vs. AD, P < 0.001 AD vs. AD-Nup, ANOVA followed by Bonferroni test, n = 3). Here, NUP153 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
