RABGGTB and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis: The above findings suggest that the expression of RABGGTB in monocytes and macrophages was significantly higher in the ALS group than in the other groups, but the data collected come from sporadic ALS, and these data are not representative of familial ALS (fALS), such as those with mutations in the Cu/Zn-superoxide dismutase (SOD1) gene.
