The results showed that DUOX2 knockdown could alleviate the injury and inflammatory response of H6C7 cells stimulated by caerulein, while DUOX2 overexpression reversed the miR-605-3p mimicry function in H6C7 cells treated with caerulein, suggesting that targeting the miR-605-3p/DUOX2 axis may be a potential AP treatment strategy. This evidence concerns the gene DUOX2 and alkaline phosphatase measurement.
