RHOA and posterior cortical atrophy: Therefore, our findings suggest that knockdown of FATP5 reduces lipid metabolism in PCa and activates the AMPK signaling pathway, thereby inhibiting the activity of β-catenin and RHOA, suppressing YAP1 nuclear translocation, leading to YAP1 accumulation in the cytoplasm, phosphorylation, and subsequent degradation, and ultimately inhibiting downstream gene transcription.
