Guselkumab, an anti-IL-23p19 subunit-specific mAb, achieved high clinical response rates in the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and demonstrated superiority over the anti-TNF agent, adalimumab, in the VOYAGE 1 and 2 trials (Blauvelt et al, 2017b; Reich et al, 2017).
