MZF1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Moreover, as MZF1 was high expressed in NSCLC cells, so only over‐expressed its expression is inadequate to explain the function of MZF1 in promoting NSCLC cell growth, so we over‐expressed MZF1 expression in HBE and Beas2B cells, Figure 4A,B,E,F showed that the cell lines were constructed successfully, the CCK‐8 assays and clone formation assays demonstrated that higher MZF1 expression could faster normal lung epithelial cells growth, which provided the evidence that MZF1 could promote NSCLC cell proliferation (Figure 4C,D,G,H).
