Surveying for CD4+ cells irrespective of subtypes revealed that the frequency of these cells was significantly higher in draining lymph nodes of patients with free nodes (P = 0.019) (Fig. 2A), organ-confined (P = 0.027), and lymphovascular invasion negative tumors (P = 0.031), compared to those with tumor-infiltrated nodes, non-organ confined and invasion positive tumors, respectively.
