Similarly, we observed a significant differential binding of CTCF at the sub-TAD boundary and an obvious loss of expression in K562 cells (immortalized myelogenous leukemia cells) compared to GM12878 cells (B-lymphocyte cells), which is consistent with the reported clinical association of MYCBP2 low expression with acute leukemia [46]. This evidence concerns the gene MYCBP2 and myeloid leukemia.
