A novel reduced graphene oxide/polydopamine‐molecularly imprinted polymer (rGO/PDA‐MIP) point‐pf‐care (POC) sensing platform for the detection of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) is developed, which shows remarkably high sensitivity, selectivity, robustness, and record limit‐of‐detection (LoD) at attomolar level with expansive detection range, making it a promising approach for screening for neurological diseases and monitoring progression. The gene discussed is GFAP; the disease is nervous system disorder.
