Consistent with the previous study,5 GSEA showed that FOXR2 overexpression resulted in a statistically significant upregulation of known FOXR2 target genes (derived from ChIP-seq data of the MDA-MB-231 breast adenocarcinoma cell line)9 (Figure 4C; Supplementary Table 2). The gene discussed is FOXR2; the disease is breast adenocarcinoma.
