CRP and pericardial effusion: The incidences of pericardial effusion, valvular regurgitation, cardiac enlargement, CALs, and IVIG resisitance in the KDSS group were significantly higher than the non-KDSS group.Children in the KDSS group showed significant elevations in NLR, ALT, Total bilirubin, Creatinine, Urea nitrogen, and CRP, while Hemoglobin, PLT, AST, Sodium, and Potassium were significantly lower (p < .05).
