In comparison to that in corresponding normal tissues, NCAPD2 demonstrated significantly elevated expression in a range of tumors, encompassing cervical squamous cell carcinoma, breast cancer, bladder cancer, bile duct cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, esophageal cancer, colon cancer, glioblastoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, renal papillary cell carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, rectal adenocarcinoma, gastric cancer, thyroid cancer, and endometrial cancer (Fig. 1A).
