We employed the degree centrality method within Cytoscape, a widely acknowledged tool for identifying highly interconnected nodes, which often serve as critical targets or hubs in biological networks such as OPRM1, GNB1, GNAS, RAMP1, RAMP2, RAMP3, CALCR, CALCB, ADM, IAPP, and SLC5A2 are serve as central hubs within the PPI network, crucial in connecting various nodes addressing migraine with aura. The gene discussed is GNAS; the disease is migraine disorder.
