The limb function of nude mice was damaged by the injection of cervical cancer cells, and the injured nerve function was alleviated in the groups of NMB-deficient cervical cancer cells three days after injection, which is reversed by the administration of recombinant NMB (Fig. 2l-p), suggesting that cervical cancer-produced NMB initiate the onset of PNI. This evidence concerns the gene NMB and cervical cancer.
