The mRNA expression levels of the ITPRIPL1 gene was significantly increased in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) and reduced in breast cancer (BRCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD). This evidence concerns the gene ITPRIPL1 and breast cancer.
