Moreover, we observed that immune‐related and cell adhesion‐related genes such as CD83, HLA‐DRA, JAK3, CEACAM6, and ITGB238, 39, 40, 41 exhibited high H3K27me3 modification in tumour cells, suggesting that their expression may be suppressed by H3K27me3 to facilitate immune escape of tumour cells (Figure S3F).
