Several inflammatory diseases are associated with CNO, including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), in approximately 10% of CNO patients,5,19,20 cutaneous manifestations (18%–21%,5,21,22), including psoriasis which may be more prevalent in patients treated with TNF inhibitors (TNFi),5,23 severe acne, Sweet syndrome and pyoderma gangrenosum, and Takayasu arteritis.24–27. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and psoriasis.
