Metastasis was significantly less common in high S100A14 expression cases (five, 8.33%) compared to low expression cases (16, 42.11%), with a P-value of 0.0001. Overall, the study highlights that low S100A14 expression is associated with more advanced disease stages, higher vascular and lymph node invasion, and a higher incidence of metastasis, indicating a potentially important role of S100A14 in cancer progression. Here, S100A14 is linked to cancer.
