In esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (HR = 0.28,P = 0.0033), head-neck squamous cell carcinoma (HR = 0.68,P = 0.0066), rectum adenocarcinoma (HR = 0.45,P = 0.041), stomach adenocarcinoma (HR = 0.61,P = 0.0071), and thymoma (HR = 0.09,P = 0.00034), higher levels of TCF3 expression were associated with more favorable patient prognoses.
