However, despite not much being known about the crosstalk between EZH2 and the NO pathway in oral cancer, in our study we identified an increase in NOx, iNOS, and eNOS levels in the control group; however, treatment with GSK343 significantly reduced their levels, suggesting that EZH2 may control NO release by iNOS and eNOS modulation.
