GRB7 and cancer: Next, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis was performed based on DEGs between the GRB7 high and low groups, and the results showed that the DEGs were mainly involved in several key pathways including the calcium signaling pathway (Figure 3B), an important pathway associated with cancer cell proliferation and invasiveness, and the ability of agents to induce cancer cell death.
