The aqueous extract of chaga (in Korea) displayed anti-proliferative activity on HCT116 and DLDl cell lines and reduced intestinal polyps in APCMin/+ and colon tumours in AOM/DSS-treated mice through downregulation of Wnt/β-catenin and NF-κB pathways [52].
