ENO2 and transient ischemic attack: Among them, 15 were excluded for the following reasons: one had an obvious stroke post-procedure, one had a transient ischemic attack, two developed cardiogenic shock during the procedure and subsequently required inotropes, two underwent unplanned aorta-ostial PCI, one patient was transferred to the contralateral radial artery due to severe tortuosity, one patient was transferred to the femoral artery due to severe RAS, and seven had elevated basal NSE levels.
