Methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3), a writer promoting the methylation of RNA, and the total N6-methyladenosine (m6A) levels were decreased in the eutopic endometria of patients with adenomyosis compared with controls, suggesting that m6A RNA methylation regulators may be involved in the pathogenesis of adenomyosis [64]. Here, METTL3 is linked to adenomyosis.
