CXCL3 and breast cancer: This study aimed to analyze the expression of genes associated with inflammation such as the interleukin 1 receptor type 1 (IL1R1), the interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (IL1RN), the Interleukin 1 Receptor Accessory Protein (ILRAP), the interleukin 6 cytokine family signal transducer (IL6ST), the C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 3 (CXCL3), the C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 5 (CXCL5), and the C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 6 (CXCL6) in a previously developed estrogen and radiation experimental breast cancer model named after the Alpha Model [45].
