The frequencies of CD11b+ and Ly6G+ in PPs of colitis mice were significantly higher than those in normal control (p < 0.01), and when colitis mice received the probiotic mixture, CD11b+, Ly6G+, and CD11b+Ly6G+ cell frequencies were significantly reduced (p < 0.01, p < 0.05, and p < 0.05, respectively) (Figure 7D–F). This evidence concerns the gene ITGAM and colitis.
