According to the SAR analysis, colchicine is predicted to act as a tubulin antagonist (0.744), beta-tubulin antagonist (0.673), NOS2 inhibitor (0.529), MAP kinase stimulant (0.44), antimyopathies (0.415), TNF expression inhibitor (0.364), and anti-inflammatory (0.308) (Figure 2) related to cardiac fibrosis and myocardial infarction.
