ROS1 and adenocarcinoma: Of the 185 patients, 141 (76.2%) and 44 (23.8%) were male and female, respectively; 66 (35.7%) had a good PS (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group [ECOG] 0); 152 (82.2%) were current or former smokers; 27 (14.6%) had EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 mutation/rearrangement; 112 (60.6%), 55 (29.7%) and 18 (9.7%) had adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinomas, and other types, respectively; 137 (74.1%) and 48 (25.9%) had stage III/IV and recurrent tumors, respectively.
