Up to this date, 29 different phase I/II clinical trial led by Chinese (i.e., NCT03525782, NCT05060796, NCT05117138,NCT02876978) and 15 (i.e., NCT02706392, NCT05274451, NCT05239143) led by American hospitals are still ongoing; a study closed in 2019 (NCT02706392) demonstrated that the already existing efficacy of CAR-T therapy in patients with lung cancer can be improved with the combination with Ox/Cy and anti-PD-L1 [305] showing that that the use of CAR-T therapy led to really promising results [306]. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and lung cancer.
