As shown in Figure 2, the results of the neuronal EV levels of Aβ42, Aβ42/Aβ40 ratio, T-tau, p-tau181, and GFAP were not significantly different between the PD and HC groups except that α-syn was significantly higher in the PD group compared to the HC group (133.806 ± 93.889 vs. 69.328 ± 45.475, p < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene GFAP and Parkinson disease.
