When the PD-MCI patients were divided into amnestic and non-amnestic groups, no significant differences were found in the clinical characteristics (Supplementary Table S2) and the levels of plasma and neuronal EV α-syn, Aβ42/Aβ40 ratio, p-tau181, and GFAP, except neuronal EV T-tau level was significantly higher in the amnestic than the non-amnestic group (0.337 ± 0.037 vs. 0.203 ± 0.095, p = 0.046 < 0.05) (Table 2). Here, GFAP is linked to Parkinson disease.
