The introduction of dCas13b systems to TP53 in the glioblastoma cells, fused with either IGF2BP3 or METTL1, not only suppressed the transcript level (Fig. 5i), but also led to a decreased p53 protein level (Fig. 5j and Supplementary Fig. 9h), with dCas13b-IGF2BP3 showing more decreases. Here, TP53 is linked to glioblastoma.
