Significant enrichment was detected for GO terms related to nuclear envelope, endoplasmic reticulum lumen, cell adhesion and proteolysis (Fig. 3A), and KEGG pathway terms related to signaling (HIF-1 and oxytocin signaling, nucleocytoplasmic transport and RNA degradation), metabolism (glycolysis/gluconeogenesis and fructose and mannose metabolism) and proteoglycans in cancer (Fig. 3B).
